Apologies for the slight delay in getting this issue out to you. For those of you who don't have a subscription, sorry for the price rise. Unfortunately, we are now trying to get the magazine into newsstands in the US and had to put in extra colour and pages to make it attractive. Sorry about that.

This issue contains a couple of out of the ordinary articles to remember the 1798 French Invasion of Ireland, and looks at a little known naval force--the Sea Fencibles. If you are new to the magazine, I hope you like the way we concentrate on some of the less well known aspects of the Napleonic period.
