Welcome to the second issue of Napoleonic Notes & Queries. The first was well received (we didn't have any letters of complaint anyway!), resulting in subscriptions from all over the world that we hope will encourage a similar variety of articles and subjects.

Actually, we didn't have any letters commenting at length on the magazine at all. We would like to hope that the information presented in the magazine could be enlarged or commented upon by the readership. 'Return Fire' is a section for letters to the editors and contains further information. For future isues we have managed to organize a few "subscriber's special Offers". Note that these will apply only to direct subscribers and members of the Napoleonic Association (please state regiment and number).
