Marc's Marks

Editorial

My apologies in getting this out late. At my dad's work, a celing collapsed when no one was there. Even though no one was hurt, a lot of product has been damaged. I have had to stay off the internet in order to make room for his sparse phones calls. In the past 22 hours, he's been at his work for 21 hours with only the one hour here earlier today.

As you've probably noticed, the newsletter have been pretty sparse in content lately. This is because I don't get/write enough to really make a newsletter each month. That is why I am sad to inform you that the newletter is as of this issue is switching to a 2 month format. This will hopefully fill up the issues a little bit. Sorry about this.

But now to this issue. This issue has a couple of items that I hope you will enjoy. First, James Acerra has his Battle of Leetown. This was originally created for a boardgame, and James has modified it in order to allow wargamers to game with it. Also, in the Marching to the Front section, there is a review written by yours truly about Irregular Miniatures. Also, in place of the usual Mail with a Meaning section, in this issue there is a poll section. Also, make sure to check out Marc's Hotspots at the bottom of the page.

On July 1, 2003 I created a new Yahoo Group. Please take a look at the link and description at the bottom of the page.

That's all for this issue. Next issue's Mail with a Meaning question is, "What was Napoleon's impact on the Civil War?".
