OK. First things first. This is the last issue of volume 3. We are now into our fourth year!

Some are amazed we made it this far and that we keep coming up with new information. I can assure readers that we will continue to bring you all the latest news and come up with original articles.

The bad news is that it is resubscription time, and I would beg those interested in resubscribing to do so as soon as possible. This is purely a practical point, not one of greed -- as I need to know how many copies to publish. The financial implications of printing 100 when only 50 would do is enormous. Some readers send money to cover two years and this is greatly appreciated as it saves a lot of administration time.
