At last Land and Freedom is out to buy on video - released via Artificial Eye in the UK at £ 15.99 - get it before it's deleted, available in all good video outlets - Virgin,HMV etc - you may have to order from WH Smiths etc Highly recommended!!!!! The film is also widely available in Spain and the rest of Europe.
Libertarians is getting its only UK viewing at the London film festival 24/11/96 (1 day only) - alas the film had sold out on the first day - mainly to the press, who apparently do not turn up anyway.
Books
"Avionas Espanoles desde 1910" from Jaime Velarde Silio Ed Aena 1995. A compilation of all aircraft used io Spain with a small photo and profile of each type, NO 9 is the Maquina y La Historia series covers "el legendario Canon antiereo de 88mm" another excellent publication in this series with many photos, technical and historical data -also covers other types, such as the skoda 76.5 mm AA gun. See the reviews of the MEMORIES OF THE SPANISH CIVIL WAR - BASQUE FRONT and DEFENSA MAGAZINE NO 45, for news of the latest books from Spain. FOLIO ,Muntamer 371/373, 08021 Barcdona; have released a seria of 25 books and 18 videos "La Guerre Civil Espanola".
