Below: Grey Green colour was the main characteristic. Caps were green and red. Sometimes, khaki jackets were used. The sand colour "canabia" was widely used.

Above: The official "chilabe" was brown and white striped. Turban and boots were white or khaki coloured in campaign.

Below: Note the peaked top of the cavalry "kaid." All uniforms are grey-green and/or sand "candores."

Above: Cavalry uniform were similar to the infantry, although boots or leather tubes were worn.
