The Conflict Simulation Society of Champaign-Urbana is preparing its twenty-ninth annual gaming convention, to again be held at the Chancellor Hotel in Champaign, IL. Winter War is a "Gaming ONLY" convention, emphasizing historical miniatures, board and role-playing games. Our convention averages 320 attendees over the weekend, no matter what the weather - remember, you can't have a Winter War without a little snow!
