I have RENAMED the newsletter for HMGS-GAMERS INTERNATIONAL (Formerly Veteran Campaigner) to be the AAR or After Action Review. Why? Why do I do this? Well, I can't answer that, because there IS no reason. (Besides, it may prematurely reveal the plot on the last Seinfeld show.) Now that I've fully explained that . . .how about some Action to Review? In this issue I am starting all kinds of new junk. AAR is now a MONTHLY rather than a quarterly thing now. By the way -- all the articles for all of the issues up to 1999 are already 90% complete! [and yes, in case you didn't figure it out VC and AAR are 90% by Pete Panzeri, so I'll take it personally if you don't keep up with the newsletter eh?) HMGS GI now has 5 foreign country clubs now as HMGS Affiliate clubs. About 200 GI gamers are actually members in other various HMGS Chapters, and over 200 are in various international clubs which are GI "HMGS affiliated clubs." GI is featured on MagWeb (http://magweb.com) and the HMGS-GI WEBSITE: http://members.aol.com/BFEmpire/hmgs.html currently posted as "AAR" and "Veteran Campaigner." Go visit the MAGWEB site and sign-up! It is worth it believe me. Go look at all "your" past and present GI articles! For this month, I'll have some good stuff, waiting for some good exposure and I also need your GOOD input. (why do all newletter people say that?) So please, Email me with your input, comments and anything else you'd like to submit. OK? Thanks! I will gamemaster the Little Big Horn and/or ALAMO mega-games at:
East Coast Game Fair, 3 MAY'98 [both games] NashCon, 22 MAY'98 [Litle Big Horn only] Origins, Columbus OH, 2-5 JUL'98 [Both Games] HistoriCon, Lancaster, PA 21 JUL'98 [Both Games] Back to After Action Review #1 Table of Contents Back to After Action Review List of Issues Back to Master Magazine List © Copyright 1998 by Pete Panzeri.
