Potsdam Flags & Publications latest offering on the War of the Austrian Succession is devoted to the armies of Sweden and Russia. This thirty-page soft cover comb bound booklet retails in the UK at £5-50 less a 10% discount to SYWA members plus a 75p p&p. In the United States, Canada, and Mexico, it can be purchased from On Military Matters (see ad on back cover for address).

This useful publication follows the same fine format as established by its predecessors. The chapter headings are indicative of the contents:

For those wishing to research or wargame the Russo-Swedish War of 17411743, this booklet provides tons of information concerning the uniforms, equipment, and organization of both armies. It contains various tables of uniform information, numerous well-executed line drawings, and a useful bibliography for those wishing to do further research on these little-known armies. The contents are well organized and the presentation is attractive. For the vast quantity of information that it contains, it is a very good investment.
