The First Empire
Christmas Competition

Napoleonic Trivia

By Dave Watkins

Our cover picture, this issue, Tirailieurs du Po, drawn especially for First Empire by renowned historical artist and modeller Anthony Barton, is the prize. Not some print, but the original drawing, framed and signed by the artist, makes this a totally unique and valuable prize for a lucky First Empire reader. All you have to do is answer the questions below and send the answers, with your name and address to First Empire. The winner, the first all correct entry out of the hat will be announced in issue 10 of First Empire. Closing date for entries is 28th January 1993. The editors decision is final, and not subject to negotiation (despite popular rumour!)

Note: MagWeb members are not eligible for the contest. You must be a subscriber to First Empire. --RL
