The Last Thing

Editorial

by Dave Watkins

"Don't Panic!" Frantic office activity ensued when the cover art didn't turn up when expected. Schedules were rearranged weekend appointments were made for delivery of film and visits were made to Post Offices in an attempt to locate it. So, having given up and thinking about what 200 words I could write for me editorial, I wonders in to Gibbo's shop, which is below what we affectionately term the 'back orifice'.

Before I can say "Hi Pete" he chirps up with "I've got a package for you!". "Is it a Jiffy bag!", "Yes". . . Numerous expletives followed as to why he a) had it and b) why had he still got it! I stormed through to get my hands on the elusive artwork, and a frantic rush ensued to drop the picture in and write my bit and get it all to the film producers. No wonder I've got a 'dickey ticker'!

Anyway keep the articles coming the next issue comes out in the 18th June so that should be a bit of an inspiration for you all. Next issue we have a few book reviews, the return of Dispatches (so get writing to get in) and some other goodies.

I'm off to give Gibbo a hard time now. See you in June.
