The Last Thing...

Editorial

by Dave Watkins

This issue I had planned to write a lengthy piece concerning the current state of the Napoleonic Hobby with a particular slant towards the ridiculously low cost of wargames figures and materials. However, owing to the packed nature of this issue, as you can see above the last page has become an over-spill area, it will have to wait. The planned expansion of the magazine is temporarily on hold whilst we regroup our reserves and also await events that may arise at the NA's AGM.

A couple of points for contributors, please number the pages of your manuscripts so that we can see if any are missing or are in the wrong order. Also a common complaint is that many of the maps we receive and publish do not indicate scale and/or north. Where I can be sure I do add these details, however, it would greatly assist all if you could remember to include them.

The saga of the binders has come to an end!! The factory has finally condescended to make some for us and they were delivered two days ago which means those who have been patiently waiting will now be gently caressing their FEB04's, (ooo' er missus!), as they read this page!

Finally I've changed my picture, (in addition to the editorial concubine.. Hi Sal!), so if you need to scare the kids into bed . . .
