Situation at 6 a.m.:
A: Austrian's new position before counterattacking the French.
B: Napoleon and infantry from Dallemagne's "special division" form into line on the eastern bank of the river, ready to advance on Sebottendorf's new position.
C: Massena's division advancing towards the bridge.
D: Augerau's division following close behind Massena.
E: 30 French guns sited along the western bank of the Adda.
F: Beaumont's cavalry advancing towards the Austrian right flank after crossing the Adda via ford 2 miles upriver.
G: Rusc's cavalry regt. advancing towards the Austrian left flank after crossing the Adda south of Lodi.
