10-12 January 1997
Chalmette Battlefield National Historic Park

182nd anniversary commemoration. Living History program. As the site is NPS property - no battle reenactment takes place. (The NABB is searching for a site for this purpose in the future). British and US forces encampments.

Special secenarios and memorial ceremonies. Saturday night public Candlelight Tour. Amenities: water, toilets, straw. Powder furnished for firing demos. Food for cooking noon meals provided Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
