We have loads of good stuff in hand for the coming year, but we are a little short of battles. Its a swings and roundabouts situation because this time last year the situation was reversed! So I need some meaty battle accounts please. Now could be your chance to get into print. Contributors notes are available if you drop me a line.

Sharpe Competition

A new series of Sharpe is about to hit the screens, accompanied by CD of songs from the show (!) and a well illustrated book entitled "Sharpe's Story" A souvenir of the television series. Richard Moore, adviser to the series and actor therein, has made a copy of the book available to First Empire readers. All you have to do is answer the following question.

In the forthcoming episode "Sharpe's Regiment", in which town are the barracks of the South Essex?
