Expedition to San Rosarjo (a mini campaign for 3 or more players), published in Miniature Wargames Magazine, October 1990 issue McCOY PRICE, Tim. Windward Ho ! (a bulldog Publication, 1986) Artlan's "fictitious" scenario (but with a strong factual back ground) develops into a three/four-cornered fight with ample opportunities for feats of daring-do. A certain Lt. Tobias Trumpeter, RN takes centre stage, in tangential deference to a world famous fictional character.... Tim's short booklet (home produced, I believe) is crammed full with juicy information for an enjoyable skirmish game based around the British Virgin Isles. Well worth acquiring (from the Conference of Wargamers or any of the major wargames shows or drop a line to the author via wargames press....)
