Apologies for the inordinate delay betwen this and the previous C18th MN&Q. Partizan Press and its associates have been rather busy this year, with the ECW anniversary events and a new addition to the family.

However, as a result of this I've (Dave) decided to risk all, abandoning my secure life in the Library service to concentrate on the military businesses full time. This should lead to a more rapid turnover of magazines, but then again....
