I have noted, in this journal, in Nafziger's Orders of Battle, and in C Sapherson's DUTCH ARMY OF WILLIAM III, references to a Dutch brigadier Baldwin, and a Dutch regiment of Horse of the same name.

I can find, however, no references to uniform details or colours, and being something of an egotist, I would like to incorporate this unit into my wargames army. Also any details on the history of the unit or of this terribly obscure' general would be appreciated
