MagWeb.com commissioned a composer to create the music to accompany a story of a land in peril from an enemy invasion, and of its brave Emperor who must rally his people and lead the army to victory. Composed, arranged and recorded by Wynter, a 32-year-old classically trained songwriter, Emperor Triumphant touches the emotions of our time as we battle the forces so tragically unleashed on September 11. Wynter’s soaring and haunting compositions tell the story of a land in peril from an enemy invasion, and of its brave Emperor who must rally his people and lead the army to victory. The classical music depicts war in an age of elegance, from the splendors of the palace to the horrors of the battlefield. Her music soars with the swiftness of cavalry, captures the grim determination of forging the weapons of war, and rumbles with the din of battle. The parade ground fills with marchers, patriotism swells in the hearts of the land, and the Emperor leads his rejuvenated army in a desperate battle. The haunting strains of remembering the dead exist with the uplifting accolades for the heroes to highlight the dual nature of war in any era. The final triumphant march of victory echoes the emotions of courage and fortitude and serves as a fitting musical commentary of battle. Track List and ordering information below.
