The Heliograph skipped issue #96 and went directly from #95 to #97. Here is the explanation from the publisher (from the editorial in #98)--RL.

OK, OK, OK. Yes, I know, I know. Stop the cards and letters. I screwed up the numbers last issue--it should have been 96. So, I am skipping it completely and adding an extra issue to the subs of everyone who should have gotten it.
