While this won't be the last issue before Christmas, as #98 will be mailed before 21 December, have a Merry Christmas or whatever.

As I discussed last issue I thought if the response was worth it I would increase the number of pages and the price to go along with it. However, the response has been one for either way, so that I will keep the price and size as is for at least the next year. Sorry that this is two weeks late getting to you, I have sold my current home and will be moving next June after my son graduates from high school. My new address is Route 5, Box 771, Saluda, SC 29138. I am receiving mail there now and will be working on the house until May, so whichever address is fine.

My wife has 'allowed' me to have a game room, which I do not have now so I will be in hog heaven, pardon the pun(gent aroma). Although, whatever pigs we have on the farm will not be allowed access to the game room. Besides how can you seriously game with anything named porkchop, sausage or smoked ham, that also goes for ground beef and rump roast.

You will note that there are no figure reviews this issue, so use the last few issues to get your Christmas figure orders together, and please don't forget to mention that you saw it in the Heliograph. This issue is devoted to books and booklets, none of which is a stinker or even close to that.

Centerfold

The centerfold last issue came from a number of photos that Ron Lizorty sent with his article. The photos were wonderful, thanks Ron, but I think I could have done a much better presentation with them. So for this issue's centerfold I have chosen one of my favorite photos from Gunga Din. If you have figures and books to sell or trade send me a quarter page description or less and I will run it for one issue. I would prefer that you keep it to the colonial period. However, as long as it is hobby related I will run it once.

Next issue starts the Wild West movies list, so get out or order up your favorite western figs for the big shoot out, even if it didn't really happen at the OK Corral..Well as you can see the format has changed. This happened after I got the run back from the printer and started stapling them together and found that they didn't fit properly, I went back and the printer said tough. You can guess what I said in return and ran these off at the local xerox place in town. I am sorry that it doesn't look as good as I would like, but I may have to keep it this way for a while. At least until I can get a program that lets me do it the way the printer did it.
