The beginning of the Immortal Eyes trilogy, the first three chapters deftly unite San Francisco area history and geography with the Kithain fantasy realm of the Kingdom of Pacifica. Chapters 4 and 5 profile 18 NPC nobles and 8 NPC commoners.
Chapter 6 contains three mini adventures, complete with more NPCs, settings, and events, while the appendix adds 20 more NPCs to the fantasy gaming universe.
You need Changeling, The Dreaming rules in order to use this supplement, and if you buy into the fanciful and well developed Kithain universe, this supplement is a must.
