This very colorful sourcebook is intended to provide gamers playing the Changeling system with a detailed background and ongoing story to become involved in, rather than a detailed story players are expected to play through in lockstep detail.

"Book One," the first three chapters, describes the Island of Flowers (Hawai'i), including the setting, history, and geography.

In "Book Two," the next three chapters describe the people and beings that inhabit the game setting and the information they possess, their goals, and their affiliations. An additional chapter contains 34 pages of scenes to involve players in the overall story. The appendix describes the mystical Menehune.

Set in the Kithain universe, this is the second segment of the Immortal Eyes trilogy.
