No. 37 thru 49. These can not be assigned to any particular regiment. Nevertheless, the following Holland regiments became prisoners of war when the cities/fortresses in which they were garrisoned surrendered to the French. Thus, there is a high probability that their colors are represented in the Triomphes: Kinschott senior (Mons, July 1746); Raders (Charleroi, July 1746); Holwerf (Charleroi, July 1746; Crommelin (Namur, October July 1746); Leyden (Namur, October 1746); Ob. Smissaert (Namur, October 1746); Grootenay (Namur, October 1746); Reede (Sluis, April 1747); Gadelieres (Fort Ijzendijke, April 1747)

No. 37. Probably a Principal Color. A white field with blue and light bluecorner flames. In the center a golden sun in splendor appearing from behind a gray cloud. A white ribbon edged gold with the inscription NE QUE RETROGRADIONE QUEDE in gold.

No.38. Probably the Second Color to the same regiment as No.37. A red field with blue and whitecorner flames. In the center a gray bird with a red eye holding a golden egg with one leg and standing on a brown base with the other. In the upper, innercorner a red shield containing a gold lion, and above a gold crown lined red. A blue ribbon with the inscription JUBILATE DEO CONFIDO in gold. The wreath is gold and tied together with a blue ribbon.

No.39. Two colors of this pattern, one with a white field and the other with a blue field. The Principal and Second Color of the same regiment. The Principal Color has a white field, In the upper, innercorner the coat-of-arms of the Province of Holland: a gold lion open a red shield with a gold crown lined red above. in the center a scene of what appears to a stack of wooden logs or even a pyre in the foreground; in the middle ground white houses and tents (?), and on the right side palm branches; in the background hills and sky. This scene is edged in gold and sur rounding the whole is a frame of gray-white shells (?) also edged in gold. The cherubs or angels are colored a pinkish Caucasian flesh. The angel on the right has blue wings. The upper ribbon is blue edged in fold with the inscription SPLENDESCAM DA MATRIAM in gold. The angel on the left is holding a green branch in her right hand and a gold trumpet in her left, around her waist is a blue ribbon. The cherub on the bottom has a blue ribbon around her shoulders.

Below the branch and suspended by a red ribbon from the center frame is a silver shield edged in gold, a sword and scabbard behind the shield. The scabbard is silver, while the sword hilt and grip are gold. Below the shield is silver quiver with gold arrow feathers showing. On either side of the quiver gold trumpets. On the left, suspended from the center frame with a red ribbon is a silver shield edged gold; the other items are also silver and gold. The Second Color has a blue field. The upper ribbon with inscription is white edged gold, and the rib bons around the angels and cherub are red. All other coloring is as for the Principal Color.

No.40. Two colors of this pattern, one white and the other red Probably the Principal and Second Color of the same regiment The Principal Color has a white field with redcorner flames. In the center a red lion on a gold shield. Above a gold crown lined red with blue and red jewels in its base. The lion supporters are gold. The large ribbon is blue without inscription. The wreath is gold and tied together with a blue ribbon. In the upper, innercorner the coat-of-arms of the province of Holland: a gold lion on a red shield with a gold crown lined red above. The Second Color is red with whitecorner flames, and the large ribbon is white without inscription. All else is as the Principal Color.

No.41. A white field. In the center a red lion on a gold shield. Above a gold crown lined red with blue and red jewels on its base. The crowned lion supporters are gold. The ribbon is light blue without inscription. The wreath is gold and tied together with a light blue ribbon.

No.42. A white field with yellowcorner flames. In the center a red lion on a gold shield. Above a gold crown lined red with blue and red jewels on it's base. The lion supporters are gold. A blue ribbon without inscription. A gold wreath tied together with a blue ribbon. Another color is similar with a few minor differences: thecorner flames are orange, and in the upper, innercorner the coat-of- arms if the province of Holland: a gold lion on a red shield and above a gold crown lined red.

No.43. A white field with yellowcorner flames in which are gold branches. In the center a red lion on a gold shield. Above a gold crown lined red with blue and red jewels on its base. The crowned lion supporters are gold. The ribbon is red without inscription. The trophy of arms consists of two standards white over blue on both sides. Staffs and finials are gold. The wreath is gold and tied together with a red ribbon.

No.44. A blue field. In the upper, innercorner a red lion on a gold shield with a gold crown lined red above. The ribbon is white edged in gold with the inscription PRO DEO ET PATRIA in gold.

No.45. A white field with yellowcorner flames. In the center a red lion on a gold shield. Above a gold crown lined red with blue and red jewels on its base. The lion supporters are gold with red tongues. Each has a red crown topped with a gold orb and cross. The ribbon is blue without inscription, and the wreath is green.

No.46. & No. 48 A white field with yellowcorner flames. In the upper, innercorner a red lion on a gold shield and above a gold crown lined red with blue and red jewels on its base. In the center a gold lion holding a sword with a silver blade and gold hilt and grip, and a sheaf of arrows with brown shafts are silver heads and tied together with a blue ribbon. The large ribbon is blue without inscription

No.47. A white field with yellowcorner flames with each containing a gold flower. In the center a red lion on a gold shield. Above a gold crown lined red with blue and red jewels on its base. The lion supporters are gold with red tongues, and each has a gold crown lined red. The ribbon is blue without inscription, and the wreath is silver.

No.49. A white field with yellowcorner flames with each containing a smaller golden flame. In the center a red lion on a gold shield. Above a gold crown lined red. The lion supporters are gold with red tongues. Each has a gold crown lined red. The trophy of arms contains three flags colored red, white and blue from top to bottom on both sides with finials, cords and tassels in gold. The center ribbon is red without inscription.

No. 50 and 51. These are not contained in the Triomphes, but were obtained at the Dutch Army museum in Delft. They represent the Principal and Second Color of LR Kinschott junior. These colors resemble to those carried by the regiment during the War of Spanish Succession.

No.50. The Principal Color. A white field. Obverse: In the center a bluish-gray cloud within which yellow rays form a triangle, within the triangle an eye on a white background. Below the cloud, a blue ribbon with the inscription .PROVIDENTI). in gold. A wreath of light yellow and golden leaves and below the wreath two golden-yellow feathers. In the upper, inner comer two yellow lions resting on a blue cloud. Between the lions, a gold lion on a black shield edged gold. Above the shield a gold crown lined red. Coming from the upper, inner corner are two blue cords. Reverse: The inscription is changed to VOORZIENIGHEID.
