A word on the old points members had under the old system...

While some members would like to see the points from the old system restored, I can not in good conscience do this, for two reasons.

One, it would give the older members an unfair advantage over the newer members who have recently joined the club. This way everybody starts out on an even piaying field including me.

Two, The costs would put the club's treasury in the same situation as is was when I became club president.

For those of you who are not to happy with my decision, well you know my address.
